The prescribed application form along with the prospectus may be obtained from the office of the Registrar, on payment of Rs(250) (Non Refundable) in cash at the cash counter of Gargi Agriculture Research And Training Institute (GARTI) COLLEGE in person or on payment of Rs.(250) by NEFT in favor of GARGI AGRICULTURE TRAINING AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE State Bank of India – Account No.10551442710 IFSC CODE - SBIN 0003872.
IPOs & money-orders will not be accepted.
Candidates can download application form here and send the form duly filled to Gargi Agriculture Research And Training Institute (GARTI) office.
Candidates should fill in the application form carefully and completely in English. Any deliberate attempt to furnish false information will amount to cancellation of admission at any stage.
The candidates should ensure that all the enclosures are clear and legible and are properly attached to the application form.
No additional documents other than those attached to the original application will be accepted after the last date prescribed for submission of the application.
Student have to scan the documents(i.e.Marksheet, Leaving Certificate, Cast Certificate, Income Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate, Photo, Adhar Card) before filling the admission form.
Copies of certificates, marks lists, etc. attached to the application form should be attested by the Principal/ Professor of the College/ Gazette /Officer
A passport size photograph should be affixed on top of the prescribed application form at the space provided.
Applications completed in all respects along with the attested copies of certificates should reach the Institute's office on or before (DATE) 31st October 2017.

Applications received late and incomplete will not be considered under any circumstances.
