Unlike wine making, brewing industry is also not just about making beer; it’s an art of malting, brewing and fermenting to make a fine quality beer. Practical Knowledge is a required part of the course and gives students a practical look at the industry. Brewing is a complicated, varying process that can take some time to get used to.
