Strategic Plan

Institute strives to impart Quality management.

The strategic or prospect institutional plan has been developed by the Principal, top management and Teaching faculty and even the non -teaching staff.

Vision and Mission of the institute will be communicated efficiently to all the stake holders.

Faculties will be promoted and motivated to attend the faculty development programme.

The management and employees will work together for the betterment of the institute.

To implements various staff welfare schemes and programs.

Teaching Learning and evaluation:

To conduct different programmes for the slow learners as well as for the advanced learners.

To adopt and use the online learning methods.

To initiate student centric teaching methods.

To strengthen the Self-Appraisal System for teaching and non-teaching staff.

To establish the well-structured feedback system.

Student Support and Progression:

To conduct soft skill development programme for students.

To introduce the student centric learning methods

Organize sports competitions.

To initiate Alumni engagement for development of college.

Research Consultancy and Extension:

  1. To strengthen research facilities and motivate faculty to involve in research, by undertaking major and minor research projects, publishing research papers in reputed journals.
  2. To increase the participation of students in research through, field projects, in-house projects, publishing research papers in seminars and conferences.
  3. To augment students support facilities.
  4. To enhance the quality of MOU’s / Collaborations/Linkages with different industries, institutes for research, field projects, student trainings, teacher training.

Quality policy operated by:

The quality policy of the college driven by the Top Management, principal IQAC, Teaching and Non- teaching faculty and students also. For promoting quality policy various programme are designed for teaching and learning.

Strategic Plan: 2016-2020:

The 2016-2020 strategic plan was developed through a formal process led by Governing Body and IQAC Cell.

Strategic planning at the Institute of Wine and Brewing Technology is a critical activity that enables us to set and implement a clearly shared vision, mission and goals.

  1. To introduce a new undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs and research programs.
  2. Collecting and analysing the past five years of data on undergraduate programs, graduate programs, faculty research and teaching, wine technology.
  3. To take initiative for the development of an eco-friendly campus.
  4. Gathering of input from administrators, faculty, staff, students and alumni at alumni meet, marketing and communication, external relations.
  5. We are looking forward for implementing our strategic plan to build our institute as a leader in Wine Brewing Education and Research.
  6. The final strategic plan includes our revised vision, mission statements, core values, and goals.
